Donations

The CAGP actively promotes initiatives focusing on the mental health of the Canadian elderly population.  As a national organization we recognize the growing need for geriatric psychiatrists evidenced in the growth of the elderly population and lack of access in many Canadian regions. 

Over the years the CAGP has offered support in the form of awards to psychiatry residents and residents in sub-specialty geriatric psychiatry programs. For more information on the CAGP awards, please click here!  Donations pledged can also be directed towards supporting advocacy initiatives, educational opportunities, the Canadian Coalition for Seniors' Mental Health, as well as more generally to support the various projects undertaken by the CAGP.
