CAGP-CCSMH COVID-19 Policy
The top priority of the CAGP-CCSMH is to create a safe environment to resume our in-person learning. Please be assured that the CAGP-CCSMH is monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely to ensure that our face-to-face meeting is safe. For that to happen, please follow the CAGP-CCSMH COVID-19 Policy, as well as safety guidelines provided by the local health authorities and the venue. Please read this document thoroughly and note that this policy may be updated as needed.
The CAGP-CCSMH ASM Committee and the Board of Directors ask that all attendees wear medical-grade masks throughout the ASM, unless actively eating or drinking in the designated areas, and practice social distancing where possible. We ask that attendees refrain from eating or drinking in the sessions. Masks and hand sanitizer will be available for all attendees, and we will work with the hotel to optimize the space available to allow distancing both during sessions and meal times.
At this time, the local government does not have COVID-19 restrictions in place for events but are recommending people wear masks and practice social distancing when indoors. The conference hotel requests that unvaccinated attendees continue to mask in public spaces of the hotel (for more information on the Delta Hotels by Marriott Montreal COVID-19 protocols, click here.)
It has been a difficult couple of years and we are looking forward to reconnecting with colleagues while delivering a safe and positive meeting!
