• Symposium chair name
• Name, full address, phone number, email, organization name, and brief bio of primary author
• Names of co-authors (up to 8)
• Co-author bios, if presenting
• Individual title 
• Each abstract should be 250 words (organized under the following headings: background, methods, results, conclusions) 
  

A common title for the overall symposium should be agreed upon in advance with other authors involved in the submission.
