On behalf of the Provincial/Territorial Health Care Innovation Working Group, we are pleased to announce a full-day forum on Supporting Canadians Living with Dementia, taking place as a pre-conference session at the 2015 Canadian Association on Gerontology (CAG-ACG) Annual Conference.
Supporting Canadians Living with Dementia is focused on fostering knowledge translation and collaboration by sharing research and best practices, showcasing leadership and policy strategies and discussing innovative approaches to care. Program sessions will examine issues related to dementia, such as the personal dementia journey, acute care management, primary care models, the economics of caregiving, and technology supports to enhance community-based care.
